Digital Art
When submitting digital art for consideration you can either send high quality jpgs (RGB) or original files (CMYK). The files can be emailed, mailed on CD-R, or posted on our FTP site. If original files are sent, make sure to include the necessary support files and fonts. Also when emailing original files please compress the files using winzip or dropstuff to save on space and assure that we receive your files uncorrupted. When your designs are chosen for consideration we will contact you to send original files if you have not by that time.
Software Programs

• QuarkXPress
If you are submitting files that have been created in any other program than those listed above, please contact us before submitting.
Resolution
The original digital art should be no less than 300 dpi.
Bleeds
Please allow 0.125" extra image area on any edge that bleeds off the edge of your project. For example on a 5"x 7" card with a full bleed image, your provided file should be 5.25" x 7.25" at the appropriate resolution.
Fonts
If artwork contains a font, please include the font with your file or convert all fonts into outlines before sending.
Physical Art
When submitting physical art for consideration please send quality color copies or high quality prints. When your designs are chosen for consideration we will contact you for the original art work and send it back when we complete the release.
